Our Year 4 pupils at St Mary’s Catholic Primary School led us in a truly beautiful Celebration of the Word, followed by a special May Procession to honour Our Lady.
A Meaningful Tradition
The children reverently took part in the procession, culminating in the crowning of Mary — a powerful and symbolic moment that reflects the importance of devotion and faith during the Month of May.
Celebrating as a Community
It was wonderful to share this special occasion with our families, and we would like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us. Your presence made the celebration even more meaningful.
Sharing Kindness Beyond School
We are also incredibly grateful for the generous donations of flowers. These were carefully arranged into beautiful bunches and then shared at the parish Mass on Thursday, spreading the joy of the occasion with the wider community.
A truly special celebration of faith, tradition and togetherness — well done, Year 4.
