Durham SEND & Inclusion App Resource
This resource will be updated on an annual basis.
Special iApps is a non-profit social enterprise based in Durham, dedicated to helping children learn, developing apps for the Apple iPad, iPhone and iPod touch, and for Android tablets and smartphones.
The apps are developed in close co-operation with education professionals, parents and children, and are designed to be suitable for typically developing children and those with special educational needs, including those with Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, and hearing impairment.
